We are thrilled to announce that two distinguished personalities: Alain St. Ange and Natalia Rosa have been appointed as members of the advisory board of Walk for Love Africa® (WFLA). Founded in 2021 by Toni Ukachukwu, WFLA is a non-profit organisation advocating for a connected and borderless Africa to promote travel, tourism and trade.
Alain St. Ange
Alain St. Ange, a prominent Seychellois icon with a distinguished career spanning decades in the tourism industry, is a former Minister of Tourism, Civil Aviation, Ports & Marine of Seychelles. He has spearheaded transformative initiatives and contributed significantly to the global tourism landscape and currently heads Saint Ange Tourism Consultancy through which he continues his quest to impact the industry.
At WFLA, we are dedicated to shaping the future of travel and tourism worldwide through collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Mr. St. Ange’s extensive experience and passion for driving positive change align perfectly with our mission to promote sustainable intra-Africa travel, tourism and trade.
His appointment as Vice President of the AFASU Tourism Sector and Vice-Chair of the AFASU Gold Awards Committee in Egypt further reinforces his commitment to advancing industries on a global scale.
Together, with Mr. St. Ange on board, we look forward to creating impactful initiatives, boost strategic partnerships, and prioritize to see a connected and borderless African ecosystem that facilitates a seamless movement of people for travel, tourism, trade and investment.
Natalia Rosa
Natalia Rosa is the Project Lead for the Southern African Development Community (SADC) Business Council Tourism Alliance. She spearheads efforts to enhance tourism across the SADC region. The SADC Business Council Tourism Alliance fosters collaboration between private and public sector stakeholders to elevate the value, quality and sustainable expansion of regional tourism.
Under Natalia’s leadership, the Alliance engages tourism stakeholders across SADC to raise destination visibility, address skills gaps, facilitate knowledge sharing, and advocate for improved accessibility. With extensive experience across the travel and tourism sectors in South Africa, Natalia is well-positioned to guide the Alliance’s initiatives.
She holds leadership roles including Executive Chair of the Travel Lifestyle Network and board member of FEDHASA Cape. She also runs her own specialist marketing, communications, AI training and PR firm called Big Ambitions, based in South Africa.
Together, with Ms. Natalia Rosa on the board, we look forward to creating impactful initiatives, boost strategic partnerships, and prioritize to see a connected and borderless African ecosystem that facilitates a seamless movement of people for travel, tourism, trade and investment.
