The HISWAP, which is a project, being supported by the World Bank, has a component for building the capacities of staff of the Research Directorates of thirteen beneficiary Ministries, Departments and Agencies of which MoTAC forms part.

She urged all participants to take the training seriously to benefit the Ministry significantly.

Mr. Vittus Otto Langmagne, the Human Resource Director at the Ministry also added his voice and said, that in the era, where there is a revolution in technology, improvement in innovation, and emphasis on data and digitalisation, it is only proper that training is offered to staff of MoTAC to build their capacities. He expressed his appreciation to the Ghana Statistical Service for its support.

The Monitoring and Evaluation Director of the HISWAP at the Ghana Statistical Service, Mr. Michael Beckoe expressed his pleasure that the training has been successfully organised and encouraged participants to make use of the training and even extend the knowledge gained to colleagues in their directorates and agencies.
